Herbs & Wild Supper Club

Join Hannah Thomas from Herbs & Wild for her 6th supper club here at Gambledown Farm exploring unusual herbs and foraged ingredients to bring alive the best of the UK's seasonal produce, as well as Gambledown's home-reared meat.
You will be welcomed by a specially created cocktail introducing you to the theme of the evening, then served a 3-course set menu with vegetarian options available to any meat elements. Herbal tea, coffee and confectionary will round the night off. Menu to be released closer to the time.

Come and learn a hugely enjoyable and rewarding new skill to take into the new year. You will be welcomed with freshly baked sourdough buns, tea and coffee on arrival at Gambledown's new event barn.
The workshop will consist of demonstration and tastings of a range of different wild-yeast bakes, made using a variety of carefully sourced organic heritage flours. Each participant forms an essential sourdough loaf to take home in a banneton to prove and bake the following day, as well as a jar of sourdough starter and recipe booklet to take home to kickstart their journey.
