Join us here at Gambledown Farm with Nicole Asghar, founder of Our Luminous Minds for a day of asana, pranayama and meditation.  The retreat will also include a walk through the tranquil countryside, a nutritious lunch, some laughter and lots of connection.  All of Nicole's favourite things in one day!

Nicole is passionate about helping people discover the power of their minds through an innovative and holistic combination of psychology, yoga and counselling.

Relaxing & Rejuvenating Weekend Retreat

Come and spend the day with Naomi from Doda Yoga.

A supremely relaxing and nourishing weekend filled with yoga, sound, meditation and nutritious plant based food.

An intimate setting with a strictly limited number of retreat guests.  Investing in yourself is a real opportunity to press the 'pause' button on day to day life and really immerse yourself in embracing the real you.  Doda Retreats give you the chance to dive deeper into your Yoga Practice and connect with like minded individuals.

Yamuna Total Body All Day Workshop

This all day Yamuna total body care workshop is designed to cover more areas in depth than we usually have time for in a morning workshop. We are going to by awakening, structuring and aligning the feet, ankles, knees and hips. Focused work on the pelvis and then progressing up and wrapping round the torso to the shoulders and neck. We will learn both the basic and more advanced YBR routines but not repeating work from the January Total Body Workshop. Restorative and therapeutic breath work will draw our day together to a close.

Systematically moving through the entire body, elongating muscles, improving alignment and overall well being you will feel a significant change in your self and approach to health and exercise. All balls and Foot Savers/Wakers are provided but spaces are limited and booked in advance. When booking please advise of any allergies or dietary requirements. Lunch will be Vegan friendly.


Gut Health Talk and Light Lunch

This event will explore the links between gut, mental and physical health.  Catherine Rogers is a mental health therapist, whose innovative practice focuses on how physical health can improve mental health.  Catherine works with experienced nutritionists, dieticians and doctors, and with a diploma in nutrition herself, provides a multi-disciplinary insight into health issues.

Her 20 years of experience and her work with Oxford University PhD researchers looking at gut bacteria in relation to the immune system, schizophrenia and other areas, has led her to passionately believe in the importance of good gut health for both mental and physical wellbeing.

The result of this passion is “Gut Well Soon”, her new book which shows how different health conditions are connected to gut health.

Not satisfied with just writing a book, Catherine has also created an informative and individualised online programme called Reset Your Health. The recipes are generated by powerful algorithms which will only include foods tailored to an individual’s own health challenges and food preferences.
