Frequently asked questions
* Are dogs allowed ?
Yes. We are a dog friendly accomodation. Dogs are allowed in all the barns & glamping, for a fee of £30 per stay per dog.
* Are the tents off grid?
Yes. They do not have any electricity or wifi. They have a gas hob for cooking, wood burner, bbq , electric rechargeable lanterns ( which can be charged in the honest shop) & in 2025 solar lights too.
* Is there parking on site? Do you have EV charging?
Yes. there is dedicated parking for glamping, holiday barns & the event barn too. To charge your EV, we ask you provide your charging cable to fit a standard house plug point. EV charging will incur a fee depending on your vehicle and how long you charge.
* Are towels provided?
Yes. Each person gets a bath & hand towel.
* Can we have firepits?
Yes. In the glamping each tent has a firepit & we sell cured wood on site.
* Is there Wifi?
Each barn accommodation & the event barn have their own dedicated wifi. There is no wifi in the off grid glamping tents.
* Can we interact with the animals?
You can collect fresh farm eggs from the chickens year round. In the spring, during lambing you can bottle feed the lambs during a timed slot. However we are a working livestock farm, so we do not permit petting. Enjoy seeing the animals happily grazing in the fields from a safe distance.
* Do you provide food?
Yes. We have our 100% grass raised regenerative meat frozen for sale. You can order Breakfast and BBQ Hampers, as well as our seasonal dinner packs which include our Gambledown meat. We also offer homemade wood fired pizza’s on Tuesday & Saturday nights during the school holiday ( just not over Xmas holidays) & on Saturday nights April-end October. The farm shop is always stocked with basic items like milk and bread. We are a rural location and do not have access to food delivery services like uber eats.
* Do you provide baby cots and gates?
Yes, we have baby cots and gates available for an additional fee. Please add them to your booking prior to your arrival.
* Is there a minimum night stay? Can we stay for one night?
We ask that guests book a minimum of 3 nights in the peak summer season, and two nights in the low winter season. We are a family run business and cannot accomodate higher change over rates for one night.

* Do you allow late check out?
Yes, subject to availability, for an additional £50.
