Gambledown

The tents open onto the living, dining and kitchen area, where a wood-fired stove keeps the space lovely and warm in the chillier months. There's a comfy sofa to relax on and the dining area can seat 6, with high-chairs available to hire for little ones.

Everything you'll need to cook can be found in the kitchen; a gas hob, sink, kettle, pots, pans, all the normal utensils, a cafetiere, crockery, cutlery and even children's cutlery. Food is kept cool by way of cool box and ice blocks. Each tent has a Weber barbecue stationed outside for the true glamping experience. Gambledown steaks, burgers, sausages and bacon can be added to your booking as a BBQ or breakfast hamper, or purchased in our farm shop.

Sleeping arrangements consist of a master bedroom with king sized bed and a second bedroom with twins beds. A cosy double cupboard bed is tucked into the wall which easily sleeps two children and has plenty of storage underneath. We have travel cots available to hire for infants.

Each tent is fitted with an internal bathroom; a hot water shower, normal flushing loo and basin. 

A fire pit for huddling round on tree stumps, toasting marshmallows is positioned outside, and a sizeable front deck with adirondack chairs complete each tent, perfect for taking in the scenic views.

Glamping essentials such as extra fire logs, coal, firelighters, marshmallows, Gambledown meat, local ice cream, and tea & coffee can all be bought on site in our farm shop.

We host a pizza night every Saturday and Tuesday during high-season for our Glampers using our wood-fired pizza oven and have a variety of toppings available, please let us know in advance of your stay if you'd like to come along.
